Manawatu Home Educators activities are organised by members.

These activities are usually planned out during our Activity Planning Meetings which occur near the end of each Term.

The meetings are facilitated by our Activities Coordinator and are an opportunity to discuss past activities and potential activities, and to plan regular and new activities that will happen during the coming Term.

Dates are also set for activities that will occur later in the year and the Calendar of Events for the coming term is planned out.

A tool we utilise during the Activity Planning Meeting is our Term Week Planner that you can download and print.  Two copies are enough to plan up to a 12 week term, which we hope is the longest they ever get! You may find it useful in doing your own term planning and if you decide to come along to our Activity Planning Meetings, bring along a copy. If you are considering running an activity – Awesome!
