Urgent Reminder — you need to get you Ministry of Education “Home Schooling Declaration and Allowance July — December 2011” form completed and returned to the office by:

Friday 25th November 2011.

Payment will be made Monday 12 December 2011.

“Unless you confirm your bank details, the Home-schooling Allowance will not be paid.”

An incomplete form will result in a delayed payment.
